About us

Kilbyrne Farm is a family-operated boarding and training facility. The Pisters family is passionate about the care and wellbeing of the horses. High standards are carried through in the Kilbyrne feeding program, only the best feed will do and all horses are powered by Brooks Performance Feed.

Horses have daily supervised turnout, large luxury stalls and 24/7 care is paramount at Kilbyrne.

As an international level 3 coach (Pferdewirtschaftsmeister) Michaela's expertise and knowledge will benefit every horse and rider combination from basic to upper levels. Her philosophy is to uphold the principles and values of classical horsemanship. Michaela has students competing successfully at all levels.

Michaela is a very dedicated trainer when it comes to getting the very best performance from horses and riders. Her experience gives her the capability to train for specific competition standards. Michaela has a very thorough knowledge of the foundations of classical riding through her top level education and experience. Her skills and passion enable her to make you understand not only the 'how' but also the 'why' of dressage. This understanding will help you to ride to the best ability of you and your horse, from pony to warmblood. She has the ability to teach you the art of effortless and effective riding.
